Can I use the artwork from your gallery as desktop wallpaper on my home/office PC?

Q: Can I use the artwork from your gallery as desktop wallpaper on my home/office PC?
A: Yes, so long as you only use it for personal use and don't distribute it to 3rd parties.
If a friend wants to have the art on there PC please direct them to The Pegasi Nest.
Q: I run a non-profit personal website/homepage about pegasi/unicorns/fantasy equines, can I use some of the artwork from the gallery on my site?
A: Yes you may use some of the artwork from the gallery on your site so long as you credit the artwork to me Dan Greywolf and put a link back to The Pegasi Nest, http://www.pegasinest.demon.co.uk/, on the page you display the artwork.
Q: I have some banner adds and/or a PayPal donation style system to help pay for the upkeep of my site, does my site still count as non-profit?
A: Yes, I don't mind if you have some adds or a donation system to help pay for your site.
Q: My commercial site advertises the producs/services of my buisness and may sell my products/services on-line, can I use your artwork on my site?
A: Generally no, but in some cases you may be able to so long as its not to promote the products/services you are selling.
You will need to ask permission by sending an e-mail to me with links to your sites main page and the page you wish the artwork to go.
Q: Can I make a mirror/copy of your gallery on my site (non-profit or commercial) that will display all the artwork from your gallery?
A: No, you may only use a maximum of 3 images from the gallery on your site.
Q: Do I need to download the artwork I wish to use on my site to my own webspace/webserver?
A: Yes, you must download the artwork to your own webspace/webserver, if you do not you will be stealing our bandwidth and threatening the future of The Pegasi Nest.
Q: May I modify the artwork from the gallery when I put it on my page?
A: No, you may make a thumbnail from the original although you must link this to an unmodified copy of the image downloaded to your webspace/webserver from the gallery.
Q: How many images may I use from the gallery on my site?
A: You may use up to 3 images from the gallery.
This number does not include the Pegnest2000.gif banner that you are free to download and use to link to The Pegasi Nest.
Q: I wish to write a review of The Pegasi Nest and your artwork for a magazine, can I use some of your artwork as examples in my review?
A: Yes, you may use my artwork for review purposes so long as you send an e-mail and credit the artwork to Dan Greywolf at The Pegasi Nest.
Q: I'm running a project to contact extra terrestrial life around 51 Pegasi can I beam your artwork as a data stream into deep space?
A: Yes, you are free to send my artwork into deep space as a data stream or in hard copy form in a space craft.
